The TOU program isn’t a good fit for everyone!
If you’re considering signing up for TOU, you need to carefully analyze how -- and WHEN -- you use energy. You will have to detemine if it’s possible to shift enough of your energy usage to off-peak hours in order to see a savings. In order to see a savings, the typical TOU customer must shift about 67 percent of their energy usage to off-peak hours.Click here to view the ACC's final order on Trico's TOU rates.
