Our benefits and family atmosphere make our employees feel valued and secure. At Trico, you are not just a number or a face in the hall. Here, employees get to know each other and genuinely care about one another.
CREATE YOUR OWN PATH
You can design your career through advancement opportunities, including professional development programs, continuing education programs, and professional association memberships. Whether you’re interested in managing a part of the co-op, specializing in project management, or developing your technical skills, we put people first.
An example of one of our many employees who has been able to advance through the company is Justin, a dedicated employee who put the effort into self-development. Justin began his career at Trico in 1998 as a Student Intern. He advanced from Clerk to Meter Reader to Draftsperson and then through the progression of Distribution Designer ranks. During that time, Trico contributed to his development as an employee. In 2012, Justin became the Supervisor of System Control & GIS and in 2020, he was promoted to Manager of System Control & GIS.
“After finishing school, I came back to Trico, which was a great decision. The work has been challenging in many ways, which is good. I am blessed and thankful to work with great people.”
Justin, Manager of System Control & GIS
