Each year Trico holds an Annual Meeting of the Membership. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for Members to meet and vote for their Board of Directors, the people who represent you.
These directors play a key role in making important decisions for your Co-op. Click here to see who's running for the Board.
If you’ve never attended our Annual Meeting, or if it’s been awhile, please stop by Casino del Sol Resort on Saturday, April 6. We’ll have food, fun and door prizes.
As a cooperative, we have a different “bottom line.” Trico was founded in 1945 to fulfill a vital need in our community that would not have otherwise been met. Concerned local leaders came together to build this Co-op and bring electricity where there was none.
At that time, Members of the community understood we were different because they likely knew someone who helped to create Trico. Over time, folks in the community may have come to think of us as simply another energy provider. But we are not. We are a Co-op that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
While Trico provides convenient electronic options for bill-paying and communication, there are times when there is no substitute for in-person engagement. So please join us on April 6. Our Co-op family looks forward to visiting with you.
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, you can still participate in the voting process to select your Board of Directors. Just log into your SmartHub account and select the “Vote Now” button from the top, right-hand corner. Don’t have a SmartHub account? Click here to vote online or request a paper ballot here. The deadline to vote online is April 3, 2019 at 9 a.m.
