$100.00 New Service Establishment Fee plus applicable taxes will be billed on your first bill. (one-time charge).
New Construction Fees:
- Line Extension Costs all applicable fees (to be determined at a later date) shall be paid to the Cooperative, prior to construction. (See rule 208 of Trico's current R,R,&LEP)
- An agreement and invoice (if applicable) will be sent to the agreement authorizer listed in the application. The Applicant will need to advance a non-refundable contribution equal to the total estimated cost for the installation of all required facilities for the line extensions.
- Once the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid, our Construction Schedulers will promptly contact the Applicant once the work order has been released.
- If the cost is covered by the allowances of a Permanent Residential Applicant, the work order will be released. After the work order is released, our Construction Schedulers will promptly contact the applicant to schedule the necessary construction and installation.
Responsibilities of the Applicant:
- The Applicant is responsible for trenching, backfill, and conduit required for the line extensions.
- For Material Pickup (if applicable): The member or contractor will need to schedule a date and time with Trico's Warehouse to pick up materials once the payment has been processed.
- The Materials Exchange Ticket will be on file with our Warehouse, and the member or contractor will need to provide the work order number for reference.
- The Applicant may request overall subdivision lot plan detailing transformer and service conduit stub locations. Meter panel should be placed same side of house as service conduit stub-out. Deviation from this plan will result on cross-lot redesign and could incur additional fees.
Scheduling Construction and Meter Installation:
- Our Construction Schedulers will promptly contact the Applicant once the work order has been released.
