Distribution lines carry power from our substations to individual Members all across the grid. It is essential that Trico maintains this equipment and makes necessary improvements on a regular basis.
Trico works to maintain, upgrade, and rebuild our current substations as required. As our membership continues to grow, we also look towards future needs for designing and constructing new substations. Substations are critical facilities within the electrical power system, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electricity to our Members.
Trico is proud to actively seek state and federal grant funding. Receiving these grants allows Trico to innovate and grow to meet our Members’ needs, while keeping costs to the Membership low.
