How does the healthy savings program work?
Simply show the Co-op Connections app at a participating provider and you will receive a discount. It’s that easy!
co-op connections vs traditional insurance?
This plan is not insurance; it is a benefit discount offer. The app provides immediate discounts at the participating provider of your choice. Upon presenting the app, you will pay a discounted price at the time of service.
can i use my current insurance benefits to reduce costs?
The app cannot be used in conjunction with insurance. However, use it for products and services not covered by your insurance plans and receive a discounted rate. The discount is only available at participating pharmacies.
list of participating pharmacies?
The Co-op Connections app is accepted at more than 60,000 retail pharmacies nationwide. You can find participating pharmacy locations under the Health & Wellness menu of the www.connections.coop website. Or call (800) 800-7616.
how to get discounted price of prescriptions?
If you know the name, strength and quantity of the medication, you can find the discounted price of the medication by visiting rxprice.newbenefits.com. You will receive the best price available through this program. On occasion, pharmacies will price a particular medication lower than the discount rate available on the app. If that occurs, you will receive the lower price. Drug prices are different from pharmacy to pharmacy. Even chains have different prices in their stores depending on the population they are serving. Additionally, manufacturer’s drug prices can change periodically.
