Trico’s bylaws are a set of rules and regulations adopted by Trico to govern its internal operations and affairs. They define the structure, procedures, and responsibilities of the organization, including its Members, Officers, and Board of Directors.
Rules, Regulations, & Line Extension Policies
Our Rules, Regulations, & Line Extension Policies (RRLEP) have been approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission. These RRLEP shall apply in all cases except as modified by terms and conditions of rates or contracts approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
