Trico’s bylaws are a set of rules and regulations adopted by Trico to govern its internal operations and affairs. They define the structure, procedures, and responsibilities of the organization, including its Members, Officers, and Board of Directors.
Rules, Regulations, & Line Extension Policies
Our Rules, Regulations, & Line Extension Policies (RRLEP) have been approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission. These RRLEP shall apply in all cases except as modified by terms and conditions of rates or contracts approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.

This report provides USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) with financial and statistical information to assess the financial health and operational performance. The report includes details on the Trico’s financial statements, operations, transmission, and more.
Articles of incorporation amendment
Members will vote at Trico’s 2026 Annual Membership Meeting to amend Trico’s Articles of Incorporation update outdated provisions of the Articles (they were last updated in 1981), and ensure the Articles match up with Trico’s expansion into broadband.
